Here is a list of things, concerning characters, which are banned (disallowed) and encouraged (*nudge* *wink* *wink*)
BANS;
Genetically Altered Characters Reason: 1) The technology is highly advanced and requires decades of time, wealth and research, 2) It is hard for super heroes to follow the rules. 3) I can't see them contributing anything. Exceptions: Odyssians for the upcoming "The Storm" Plot! To learn about Odyssians read the Odyssian Thread in the Information board.
Normal Citizens Reason: Whether they be Council, Angel, Foundry or Odyssian, affiliated characters are simply more productive and easier to get people to RP with at the moment. When the groups are nice and filled, normal citizens will be available for play again. Exceptions: Canon Characters, Adopted Characters, and NPC's for plots. Those who are planning to join an organization in the recent future.
