Known only as "Chamber" this vast stadium is made entirely of white stone benches carved from huge pieces long ago. In the center is a long table, this is the Council's territory and it is dangerous territory at that.

The urban center of St. Lucent, West Lucent thrives with technology, crowds of pedestrians travel the ground and the skies bustle with hover-vehicles. Generally thought of as the "good" side of St. Lucent because of it's rampant reconstruction and upper middleclass population.

This is the central Angel base in St. Lucent, armed guards protect it at all sides and require identification upon entry. The building is vast, with many stories and has a somewhat old fashioned look, though it is completely modern inside.

Criminals are also housed here in a maximum security prison.

Aurora Industries is a huge multi million dollar company, employing more than half of the business population of St. Lucent and funding many other corporations.
