We have Odyssians right? But do we have someone in charge/commissioning/creating/paying for them?

*Has the urge to take the plot by the horns*

Okay so maybe I have more questions then that.

I'm just kinda curious who's goals are what on the board and what the major powers really are. You know, hidden agendas and the like. I think people should really pursue them.

I'm pretty sure Adeline wants to overthrow the 'government'. The council has varying agendas depending on the character and the Angles are supposed to keep Lucent safe and stuff.

From what little I know there's plenty of plot options and I know Rookums has been concerned about it. Rookums would have the hunt for the true name of the city but no one has taken that as their goal it seems. We could go with this odyssian thing for sure and it seems to be the one everyone wants to do. The only problem being we have the experiments, they have no goal and no one in charge of the project.

It's just about high time people rally together and get something done. Not saying casual conversations at the pool and the local donut shop aren't fun. But amongst that I wouldn't mind having a goal. And yes I'm totally voting to take charge of whatever plot there may be.

I have too much time to waste thinking about all this. So don't be surprised if I get no input here and just start pming people for rps that do actually have a plot goal. >.<

I know we have the characters to make this stuff work! People just need to DO IT!

i love goal-oriented rp'ing. it makes things more exciting and provides interesting angles for interaction and muse.
i'm totally up for pursuing a goal; just DOING it, yes, for sure.
though i have to say, that i dont know what the goals are. . . ;; (other than finding the true name)

I guess that's ultimately what my question is. What other goals to characters have? And which ones might we pursue? I guess it's kinda more for those who have been around? But I'm glad someone's down for doing plot stuff

I think we should let the 'true name' go out of focus for now. It's not as important as what actually is going on in Lucent.

As for Odyssians, Sam is going to be put up for adoption for anyone who wants to take the plot by the horns.

I originally planned to have them interfere with an Angels mission and that's where the trouble starts. But I don't know if that's what you guys want to do.

I have given up on forcing plots on people, I think, people should take initiative and make suggestions like this :3 If you guys want plots, you'll get em.


In terms of personal plots, I know what I want my character's to achieve and develop, but I do need help doing it ^.-'

I want Rook to be forced to go outside his comfort zone, basically, and come to terms with the fact that the Guild is blinding him and not allowing to see the big picture.

I want Micheal to actually kidnap someone and experiment on them, or maybe participate in a bigger evil scheme by someone else.

Ivan...I want him to actually have a thread with the Foundry and threads at Aurora Industries, spying.

As for Marcus...he could go anywhere at this point.

Who needs a strong willed Council Member with lot of money? I'm game for ANY plot.

I don't think Im gonna adopt Sam but I do want to make this Odyssian thing go. And I'm probably gonna end up roping a lot of people into it.

That means some of our inactivish members are gonna have some rping to do with their characters and I'm thinking of following the trail from some older threads. I've already got some things planned and yes that means another character for Vespa. But this is a good one

If anyone else still wants to voice their goals please do! I'd love to see if we can't get them going. I've vaguely figured out how to get Rookum's characters goals checked off with this Odyssian thing so who knows who else's could be.

I guess it's fair for me to admit my character goals as well.

Aidith's personal goal is to clean Lucent up and make it a safe place. But I'd like for her get over her trauma and be a more normal person. Maybe even find a significant other

Vladma's only goal is to have Dimitri's peepee. But she needs something she can really fight for and not just get a paycheck.

Hena is worthless. <.<

Porscha needs to grow up.

Those two need to find a purpose in the story. That's all really. Hena find romance and Porscha I dunno she can do whatever. >.<

as for ballari's 'goals' i guess are just to be the best arcangel possible and to one day find the facility which experimented on her as a cub and bring them to justice (which in her mind means EXTERMINATION!) although lari is prone to having plots twisted and mingled in her mind, so i wouldnt be surprised if a few more goals pop up as development continues . . . perhaps even finding herself wound up in pursuing someone else's goal with them.
