St. Ethel's

This is the only unprotected Angel base in St. Lucent because the fact that Angels come here is absolutely top secret. A secret tunnel under the Dark District opens in a back room of this church, the congregation goes on as Angels talk in the back, always unseen, though all the priests know their existence and are sworn to secrecy.

Is a famous church that helps some of the needy people who tend to riddle the eastern St. Lucent, they give them food, shelter and company for months at the most, and most importantly they ask no questions.

St. Ethel's worships the Gates as well as the One God so they have received literally no funding from the city, vetod by the council despite their quest for the survival of Eastern Lucent. This has sparked much resentment and the priests of St. Ethels loathe the Council and are the only organization of West Lucent that openly support the Angels, who donate to them as much as they can.

The council would be foolish to scorn the Angels their money, for whatever reason they may need it.
