No New Posts Goldenbrick Boarding House

Painted a jaunty yellow this enormous boarding house offers small, but nicely kept place, breakfasts and cheap laundry, some tenets have been here for more than thirty years and others only stay for a week or two.

There is a small roof garden on top of the yellow building and the street opening to the great brown door is often quieter than some of St. Lucent's other boulevards

A sign on the door is painted a rich red and says the name of the boarding house, prices, and instructions to apply for lodging.

No New Posts St. Lucent Express Station

This high speed bullet train weaves around the city like a snake, and can take you almost anywhere from this one point. The station is pretty run down for West Lucent though, and it's not really the best place to be for a long amount of time, especially at night.

No New Posts Gardens of Adino

The gardens, tended by the huge Adino Clan ( a group of professional dedicated gardeners) for several generations, it is public except for a twelve dollar admission fee, for a 5 year pass. Only the most professional and experienced gardeners are permitted to work here because of the exotic and sometimes dangerous plants that are kept here, many native to the island and indeed carnivorous. Walls upon walls of gorgeous flowers and mazes of dark green grass are well worth the pay to most who decide to enter this place of cultivated beauty. Park benches and a small pavilion give many business owners a quiet place to do their work.

This mainly sea-food restaurant has a piratical theme, though it's more subtle than overly gaudy, it is actually owned by an old man who survived a pirate raid, he'd been the ship's cook.

No New Posts The Majestic Theater - 1 Viewing

The Majestic Theater is St. Lucent's one and only movie theater and it's as old as time will allow, new screens have been installed but the beautiful coiled red and gold designs remain, and the curtains and tapestries that have always hung billow in the night, the seats are red and exquisitely comfortable and the movie screens are many and diverse. It is owned by a family clan, like the Adino gardens and many young people choose to work here for them because of the high pay, good hours and free movies.

No New Posts Angel's Alley - 1 Viewing

In the darkest part of the Western side of Lucent, a high barbed wire gate exists seemingly random as it is in an alley clustered between two abandoned apartment complexes. The sign reads WARNING IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED, HIGH VOLTAGE.

Beyond the electric fence, the enclosed alley is simple enough, a few crates containing an assortment of valuable materials and chairs litter the area, on the walls in spray painted letters the symbol of an hour glass is splattered artistically in red. At the very back of the narrow alley meeting place, there is a hollow spot in the wall, where a tunnel exists leading into the hollow passageway of the inside of the Gates themselves. Any one caught without permission will be punished severely, possibly by death.
