THE BEGINNING
Clouds cackled in the distance, their gray masses filled to the rim with rain, wind and death. The Clans have vaguely been warned of a severe storm that herds their way, threatening their very lives. What will they do? Without knowing what misery, fear and surprise is just around the corner, how will they prepare for this danger? It will impact all of their lives, and perhaps take some in its wake. While everyone is already disturbed by the new addition to the Warrior code, and the execution of two ShadowClan kits due to an affair between two Warriors who come from different Clans, all four of the Clans are shaken by this shock. That any leader would allow such malevolence to befall the most innocent of us all...
The lake is far ahead of this unfolding tale of romance, adventure, and loss. With leaders so ancient their names have been forgotten throughout time itself, that even StarClan has long since forgotten, we will explore the begining of our dark legend. How it all began with a simple friendship between two popular Warriors. Of a leader who loved his former leader enough to sire her a kit, and of an oncoming doom that foretells a death that will shake WindClan to their core. ShadowClan demands WindClan territory, and even more blood will be spilled.
"Windfur, there's a storm coming..." The Medicine cat apprentice mewed urgently, his voice hushed down to a mere whisper. Windfur looked contemplatively at his apprentice, and then into the distance. He could distinctly here, in his mind, the roar of thunder. His voice was no louder than Sagewhiskers, and seemed to come not from him, but from the skies above: "Then we'll have to find the eye of it."
