Current Occupation: Artist/Owns and operates a new age store out of which she also teaches yoga classes.
Personality: Tarena is a somewhat quiet individual when she is around people who she is unfamiliar with, however when is with friends she can chat with the best of them. She is level headed and down to earth, she can think on her feet and react quickly when confronted with a problem.
Always the first one to help out a friend, her friends can always count on her to be there for them. Tarena is also fiercely loyal to those she loves. She likes to be surrounded by nature; her home is packed with as many plants as possible.
She is very good at her jobs organizing her time so that she always has time for her art, as well as her instructing. She can get very fired up and passionate when discussing topics that she cares about such as conservation etc.
Tarena has a fantastic sense of humor. She loves to surround herself with people who make her laugh.
Appearance: Tarena is a Dhole therefore she has long red hair her muzzle is white with a black line running along the top, the white of her muzzle extends to her chest and the insides of her legs, her tail is black. Her large ears are heavily pierced with a variety of sized rings. Her fashion sense is what you might call exotic, while in her store she prefers a comfortable colorful robe, while teaching her class she wears sweats, and if you catch her while in her art studio you will frequently see her covered in either charcoal, or paint. Her thick coat helps to keep the cold at bay though she does still bundle up when venturing outside; she owns a large puffy dark green jacket for those freezing days. I should also add that Tarena is not very tall, standing at only 5ft☺
Background: Tarena was born into a loving family, her mother Jayna and her father Hast were ecstatic at the birth of their first daughter and doted on her as much as possible. She was named for her late grandmother who was in her day a fantastic dancer and a gifted seer. Tarena has a younger brother named jase she loves him very much but he has unfortunately, through no fault of his family, become somewhat of a shady character, though Tarena fervently hopes that one day he will see the err of his ways and she tries to keep in constant communication with him. Tarena was to say the least a bit of an odd child; she lived in what her mother fondly referred to as “Tarena’s own little world”. As she matured she began to get restless, she would walk the streets constantly not looking for anything in particular, she just felt the need to wander. She left home at the age of 18 and jumped from job to job trying to support herself by selling her paintings and pottery. Finally she managed to establish herself in a little store on the South end of the city, which she calls “Something New”, Implements for leading the new age lifestyle and Yoga instruction”. She has also followed in her mother’s footsteps by becoming a yoga instructor. Tarena does have a bit of a problem though, as I said earlier she is a wanderer, unable to stay in one place for very long so it remains to be seen how long she will stay. Her parents still visit her frequently, they always tell her how proud they are of her accomplishments especially Jayna who is practically bursting with pride for her daughter following her into the yoga profession.
