Rookums and I have a chit chat and decided that Staff members should now participate in a buddy system! 
THIS MEANS:
Staff members should not only assist new members in creating characters and welcome them to the site they should now also do one of two things. Either they should ensure that the new member has someone to roleplay with or volunteer to do it themselves. Staff members can either invite them to an existing thread, make a new thread with them, or suggest them to another member.
DO NOT JUST TALK ABOUT IT! You are expected to follow through with this.
Other members are also encouraged to participate!
