Ghost,
You shoulda seen what I got today! It was this necklace, you see, and it had a rock the size of our eyeball on it! I mean, this thing was massive! It would be in the pocket, but I sold it before I could get caught. You don't just get something that expensive and not expect someone to go looking for it.
So, what did you do last night? You never left a note for me, and I was curious. You've been doing that more and more often, and it's been worrying me. I have a right to know, seeing as how we share the same body. I don't want to get arrested for something you did.Do you kill people? No, that's not like you. Not the way I know you, anyway.
Don't forget this time,
Angel
Ghost scoffed as he read the note from his alter, Angel. He was so clueless. For good reason, of course. If he knew what Ghost did...It would probably be the end of them both. He almost felt pity for his host personality. Always left out of the most important of things. That's how Ghost kept such good control over him. He ran a hand through the tan fur on his head and sighed. It was for the better...That's what he always told himself.
Of course, how could murder, thievery, and lying be good? Ghost always asked himself that question, and never came up with an answer. He still did all those things, though each time it weighed a little more on his conscience. He wondered when he would eventually crack. Couldn't be too long. At least he always had Angel. Good 'ol silly, gullible, dependable Angel. Probably the only thing that kept him almost sane was his alter. He smiled at the irony of that thought as he walked down some cracked sidewalk in the middle of East Lucent. He was looking for someone. His next paycheck.
"I should probably start on that note for Angel. He seemed pretty adamant about that." Ghost muttered. Oh well, he had all night.
