Personality:
Zarek is a flirt. If it walks on two legs and he thinks it is even slightly good looking he’ll go for it. It isn’t because he is a man whore or needs to do it, it is just fun for him to watch the way people react to him. He finds it amusing at the most. Luckily this trait came on after he joined the Angels(Because he wouldn’t be able to give it up).
Looking mean and domineering, Zarek is a big softy. He has high standards for people and expects them to keep them. It is simple to him, even if he doesn’t do it you have to. He is his own man and really can’t be explained. You have to know him to even begin to understand him.
Appearance:
Zarek is incredibly muscular, yet his haunches are thing and his glossy coat hangs loosely off his frame. His body, a burnt orange streaked with jet-black strips that slash vertically through his fur, the white of his underside and chest match perfectly with the black rings of his long tail. His head is large and round, displaying large white side burns and a stylish goatee. Also on his face are some of the finest white whiskers you will find on any breed of cat. He wears his hair short but as it goes further back it gets a little longer.
His ears are like Roman arches set a top the brownish orange face with a broad pink nose. Waves of black encircle his face that draws the attention more to the parts with only orange on it. Patches of white are found above his eyes, on is cheeks and around the mouth. It almost looks as if an artist has painted his face. Golden yellow eyes flecked with gray are predatory, but welcoming at the same time.
Background:
OK quick run through of his life before this. Zarek was born into a loving family. He was the first born out of four. He graduated high school and college with some of the highest marks. His parents thought he’d be a doctor or something important, but when he became and Angel he let them down
When he became an Angel Zarek gave up his job, any contact with his family, and basically anything outside the Guild. He does however let himself enjoy a game of Pack or a nice drink. He is mainly focussed on what he can do for the Angels. Because of his high I.Q. he finds himself suck most often in the labs working of highly sophisticated mechanical equipment.
(That is a quick sum up, now here is the big one.)
As a kid Zarek was the geek that everyone picked on. He was a tall skinny kid with glasses that was one of the smartest in the school. Who wouldn’t pick on him? Because of this the tiger was always quite and stuck to himself. If you where to find him around anyone, most of the time it was the adults as he tried to soak up as much information as he could.
As he got older he was always pulled towards anything and everything. The thing that he looked up to most though were the Angels. They where never picked on and took nothing from no one. His parents though wanted him to be anything else, but an Angel so he dropped that dream.
Before starting college he had his eyes lasered. He was convinced that this was going to be his new beginning. Only for him it was the same thing as elementary and high school had been like. He did find a best friend though. Her name was Alexia. She helped him through a lot, and even encouraged him to go for the girl he thought was the one. It was his last year, so he figured what the hell. What he didn’t know though is that his best friend was the one meant for him.
As all things turn out the pretty girl didn’t want the geek. Zarek was heart broken at this. The day before graduation the girl’s boyfriend found out and beat the crap out of the stringy little tiger. Broken and bruised the day of graduation he went and joined the Angels missing out on his graduation and didn’t even say goodbye to anyone. All that he left was one little in Alexia’s room to tell his parents good bye.
When he became an Angel Zarek gave up his job, any contact with his family, and basically anything outside the Guild. He even gave up his first name thinking that it connected him to the pass even more than his last. When he went out he wore a mask for the first year so that no one would recognize him, although at times he felt like someone was scrutinizing him a little too hard. By his second year, after months of hard work, Zarek had built up a muscle mass that was quite impressive. He stopped wearing the mask and felt less and less noticed by people. This was a new him. As for his new physical looks the Guild opened up the door where his personality had been hiding. Now if anyone from his past ran into they would sure not believe that this was the boy and/or man they once knew.
