DeSoto isn’t the biggest Angel of the bunch. He stands pretty much at the normal height of everyone else and blends in with the crowd. Well he would if he tried at least. He has broad shoulders and a strong chest that taper down into narrow hips and long legs. His ears have been cropped so they stand up straight, and his tail docked into a nub.
He has a long muzzle that tends to always have a smirk on it. His teeth he takes good care of and are sharp white fangs that would love just to sink into you. His eyes are a dark brown that blend it with his pupil to make it look like his eyes are one solid color. As for his color he is the basic black and tan of a Dobby. His black seems to have been plucked from the night sky and his brown seems to have been smeared with blood.
For DeSoto’s wardrobe it is very simple. Black leather pants, black cargo pants, black combat boot, black leather jackets, a medley of black sunglasses; and an assortment of black and white shirts ranging from long sleeve to muscle shirts all of them being skin tight.
DeSoto’s identification tattoo covers his whole back and his identification number under it reads: A3SC1LN92
Personality:
DeSoto has no heart… Let me rephrase that. DeSoto gave up his heart to the gates, both symbolically and in reality. In his chest there is no longer a beating organ, but a mechanical device that pumps his blood to where it needs to go. As for symbolically giving up his heart Desoto let go all emotions that had anything to do with the heart. He has no true loyalty, love and compassion mean nothing to him. He doesn’t feel, he thinks and he thinks everything through. Giving up his heart was basically signing his soul away and made him the jerk he is today.
Of course when anyone asks him why he acts like he does he sneers give them the finger and walks away. It is the same when people ask what he gave to the gates, only a few select people know the answer to that question.
Background:
This guy wasn’t always the bastard he is today. DeSoto use to be one of the kindest people you would ever meet. In fact that was his problem, he carried his heart of his sleeve in a place where people don’t care about others. The poor dog got hurt more times than he could count. He and a few of his friends became apprentices and worked their hardest to become Angels all saying it was to help save Lucent. DeSoto was one of the main kids that thought that he could make a difference, but then his best friend got killed while trying to stop a mugger.
That really cut DeSoto deep and he started to close everyone out around him. Lashing out on people he had once cared for. When he had to give something up to the gates he saw a way of stopping his pain. He gave it his heart and all the emotions that went along with it.
He became an Angel lost all his friends, and now is the man he is today.
