Occupation: Ospiec is an angel with a specialty in intelligence. His job is to maximize the chance that the Angels in the field come back alive from their missions. Typically he works with Desoto in what many of the guild’s members have nicknamed “the pit”. However at the same time that he works for the guild, he secretly relays information to both Dr.Keroberus as well as his brother, Karanass.
Appearance: Ospiec has mostly white scales, but he has black markings on his face, tail, hands, and legs. His eyes are yellowish orange . He typically wears a specially made suit that allows him to directly interface with a computer at the neuromuscular level. Over this he often wears a black trench coat with heating pads built in. His talons are 4 inches long and are ebony on one hand and ivory colored on the other. The claws on his feet are the same length except for the two wicked scythelike claws that are characteristic of his breed which are 8 inches long and are both ebony colored.
Personality: Unlike his hotter tempered brother, Ospiec is a calm, analytical individual who prefers to plan out the actions he takes and takes the end result into account every time he does something. However, like his brother he also has a sibilant, predatory side. This one usually shows near food, small animals, or when he’s under a lot of stress. For example, there have been several incidents where Angels that own small pets; especially rodents, have noticed that they have gone missing on several occasions, never to be seen again. Recently, the rat problem in the mess hall has been much less severe. This is because the local rat population has been subject to his “special” attentions. However, despite the shared predatory instincts, there are a few key differences between the two. Ospiec enjoys the feeling of crushing the life out of something helpless. Karanass enjoys watching the pointless struggle against death.
Background: Much of his life is similar to Karanass up to the murder of their parents. They parted ways at this time Ospiec joined the hourglass guild. Having already lost everything, he chose to give up his emotions, both figuratively and literally. This sacrifice is what made him into the analytical, sadistic monster he is now. After he found field work to be too rough and snap for him, he looked into intelligence. There he found his niche. However, recently he has begun leaking information to his brother as well as Lilith under an alias.
